one-pot 45 minute coq au vin with brown butter sage mashed potatoes.

I made French Coq au Vin, but I did it the tremendous quickly way…not the usual method that may take as much as 4 hours. I understand here's in all probability all unsuitable in so many methods and the French are most doubtless screaming at me proper about now. But listen me out, I am no longer a educated chef and most of the time I am absolutely winging it. And since I am absolutely winging it, this permits me to be somewhat extra creative….or ok, lazy.


So really, I simply take much of brief cuts.
Well whatever, all I understand is it’s a in truth nice meal and it’s made quite quickly and simply – and I love it.
