These fun little onion, spinach, and cheddar flaky pastries are the excellent fall accoutrement. Flaky puff pastry dough stuffed with caramelized onions, spinach, and cheese, after which baked to a golden perfection. Equally excellent on a vacation platter, and as they're on a Monday evening soccer tray!
